TOTTENHAM are looking to re-sign Gareth Bale but will only pay a £25million transfer fee to Real Madrid, according to reports.
The Welshman’s agent has already ruled out a loan move for the 30-year-old, who remains under contract with the La Liga side until 2022.

Bale, who made his name with Spurs before he completed a then-world record £85m move to the Bernabeu in 2013, has since been linked with a return to north London.
Spanish outlet El Chiringuito claim Jose Mourinho’s side are keen to bring back the winger, but won’t pay more than £25m.
Bookies have already suspended betting on Spurs resigning Bale but his agent insists any talk of a loan to the Premier League is out of the question.
Jonathan Barnett told Sky Sports News: “At the moment he will be playing football this evening for Real Madrid and he has another two-and-a-half years of his contract and he is fine.
Why would one of the best players on Earth go somewhere on loan? Loans are ridiculous and not many clubs can actually afford him

“He will be there and everything will be fine.
“He is one of the best players on Earth, why would one of the best players on Earth go somewhere on loan? That is ridiculous.
“Loans are ridiculous and not many clubs can actually afford him anyway. He is happy, he will play at Real Madrid and hopefully he will win another couple of things with them.”
Pressed on whether Bale could make a return to former club Tottenham, Barnett replied: “I’m an Arsenal supporter.”
Bale has been tipped to leave the Bernabeu this month after failing to live up to expectations under the management of Zinedine Zidane.
He came close to leaving in the summer after the Frenchman pleaded with the club to sell him – even if they lost money in the process.
And Bale’s shaky relationship with the manager reached new lows when his agent labelled Zidane a “disgrace” for his lack of respect.
