NEYMAR is the most technically skilful player in the world ahead of Lionel Messi, according to Brazil legend Cafu.
The pair look set to be team-mates again next season after Neymar allegedly told Paris Saint-Germain to let him return to Barcelona.

Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have collected an incredible 11 Ballon d’Ors between them over the years.
But two-time World Cup winner Cafu has claimed Neymar is more technically skilful than the pair of them.
During a Skype interview with Fox Sports Brazil, he said: “Today, as far as technical skill, there is no player that is superior to Neymar, not even Messi, who I am a big fan of.
“What the world wants is to watch Neymar play football, for him to dedicate himself to football.”
Neymar has scored 16 goals for PSG this season, while Messi has added another 21 to his Barcelona tally.
The Brazilian looks set to make the move back to the Nou Camp this summer just three years after his £200million move to France.
It has been reported that Barca plan to secure his signature by activating a Fifa rule to re-sign him.
Cafu went on to highlight the importance of Neymar within the Brazil squad.
The 49-year-old added: “When he is doing well, the Brazil national team does well. He is a player that was called upon to make a difference in Brazilian football.
“The time for maturity has passed, he is now a leader in Paris Saint-Germain and the world’s most expensive player.”
