EVERTON will reportedly have to pay £13.5million if they want to sign Arkadiusz Milik next month.
Goal claims Napoli are demanding the fee even though Milik is yet to play a single game this season.

The striker’s deal expires at the end of the season.
And he is able to agree a pre-contract with foreign sides at the start of 2021.
Everton are big fans of the Poland international, 26.
But Carlo Ancelotti would like to sign Milik on a permanent deal in January if possible.
The tactician is desperate for another striker to help out Toffees hitman Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
And Ancelotti believes Milik fits the bill perfectly after managing him in Naples.
However, Napoli will not let him go on the cheap.
Indeed, president Aurelio de Laurentiis wants £13.5m.
That is a high fee for a player who hasn’t made a single appearance under Gennaro Gattuso this term.
Everton may have to wait until next summer to bring Milik to Goodison Park.
But they may have to move quickly, with Napoli’s Serie A rivals Juventus said to also be interested.
They are unable to agree a pre-contract with Milik in January, so will have to meet his £13.5m fee.
The former Ajax striker has scored 48 goals in 122 games for Napoli without ever really becoming a first-team regular.
And with the prime years of his career still ahead, Milik is sure to still have plenty to offer.
