The Belgian forward completed a perfect counter attack after keeper David Ospina played through Lorenzo Insigne down the wing.

Replays revealed the corner was scored direct, as it crept under the body of the Napoli stopper.
Eriksen wheeled away in celebration and touched elbows with his team-mates.

But Mertens 40th minuet leveller secures his side a place in the final against Cristiano Ronaldo’s Juventus.
Like Napoli, the Italian champions progressed past AC Milan following a draw in the second leg.
