According to Bild, Flick’s future at the club will not be decided until May.

He took charge of the first-team on an interim basis when Niko Kovac was axed in November.

The German manager has exceeded expectations with 13 wins from his first 16 games.

Bayern are at risk of losing Flick as he has attracted interest from a number of clubs who want to snap him up in the summer.

It is understood that he is not willing to return to his role as an assistant manager after his spell in the hot seat.

Former Spurs boss Pochettino is one of the names that have been linked to the top job at the Allianz Arena.

The highly-rated Argentine has been out of work since he was sacked by Tottenham in November.

After his dismissal, Bayern Munich immediately indicated their interest in appointing him.

But SunSport revealed that Poch is also in pole position to take over from Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.

Manchester United are reportedly also considering Thomas Tuchel and Pochettino as replacements for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
