MANCHESTER UNITED must pay £20million if they are to sign Alex Telles from Porto, according to reports.
The Red Devils are hoping to secure greater competition for Luke Shaw before Monday’s transfer deadline.

And club chiefs are hoping to sign Brazilian Telles, who has just one year left on his contract.
United have already had a bid of around £12m knocked back by the Portuguese giants.
In fact, such was their disgust at the ‘low’ offer, Porto decided to not even respond.
O Jogo claim that Porto remain determined to hold out for £18m – despite their star man being able to talk to other clubs over a free transfer in January.
Telles, 27, and his agent Pini Zahavi are believed to have already agreed personal terms with United.
But Porto will continue to play hardball.
Telles has featured in both of his side’s opening Liga NOS fixtures this season, scoring twice and assisting another in their 3-1 opening day win over Braga.
And he played 78 minutes of their subsequent 5-0 victory over Boavista.

Telles has made 194 appearances for Porto since joining from Galatasaray in 2016.
In this time he has scored an impressive 26 goals, as well as assisting a further 56.
He also made his Brazil debut last year.
As well as a left-back, United are still hoping to sign a winger in the coming days.
Jadon Sancho remains No1 choice, although Ousmane Dembele and Douglas Costa are also on their radar.
