OLE GUNNAR SOLSKJAER wants a sports psychologist to fix his side’s mental block against smaller clubs.
The Manchester United boss is sick of his players turning it on against the top six but switching off against teams battling relegation.

United face lowly Burnley on Wednesday and Solskjaer has instructed staff to find the best sports psychologist to programme his stars to be flat-track bullies, as well as fronting up to the big boys.
United are the only team to take points off leaders Liverpool and to beat Manchester City at the Etihad this season.
They have beaten Leicester, Chelsea twice — 4-0 in the Prem and 2-1 in the Carabao Cup — and high-flying Wolves.
But they have lost to Watford, Bournemouth, West Ham, Newcastle and Crystal Palace — as well as drawing with Aston Villa.
Boss Solskjaer has struggled to get the message across that every game has to be approached in the same way.
Now he has decided to seek outside help to tackle the issue.
United beat Burnley 2-0 at Turf Moor last month but needed two late goals to grab a home draw last season.
Solskjaer said: “Every time we play against Sean Dyche’s team we have to earn it.
“We have to approach this as if they’ve won five in a row.”
