That is just TWO days after the third round of the Carabao Cup.
And another TWO days before the third game week of the new Premier League season.
Should United win the Europa League or City win the Champions League, there will be a real headache for match makers.
And if they are both victorious in their respective competitions, it could see the two Manchester sides forced to field different teams just like Liverpool last season with the Carabao Cup and Club World Cup.
SunSport reported yesterday how the first FOUR rounds of the Carabao Cup will be crammed into the first month of the season in order to get the competition played.
Indeed, the new term will be the most hectic in history, with the Premier League and FA Cup also crammed into an eight-month coronavirus-enforced fixture pile-up.
Almost a third of all Prem fixtures will be crammed into December and January.
And Spurs face playing Europa League and Carabao Cup games in 48 hours.
But FA Cup replays have been scrapped to try to ease congestion.
