PEP GUARDIOLA says Manchester City are still waiting on an answer from Bayern Munich target Leroy Sane over his future.
Reports in Germany have suggested the £37 million wide man is having second thoughts about a move to the Bundesliga champions.

An offer to stay at the Etihad remains at the table – as Sane has never officially turned it down.
Meanwhile, Guardiola is hoping Sane will be fit again for the Champions League clash with Real Madrid in just over three weeks.
Asked about Sane’s future, Guardiola said: “I don’t have any new news, I’m sorry. I would like to tell you but…you have to ask Txiki Begiristain.
“The last info I had was that we made him an offer a long time ago and all the time he didn’t reject it, so after that I don’t have any news.”
‘NEEDS MORE TIME’
Sane returned to first team training this week after missing the whole of this season with a cruciate knee problem.
He will now need a couple of weeks to get his fitness back up – meaning the game after City’s winter break will be in his sights.
He said: “Sane started to train with us, good news, and he moves surprisingly really well, it was nice to see him back.”
“I don’t know. He needs a little bit more time I think. But we will see.
“Now it’s a bit like Aymeric Laporte, he started training before the first game against Sheffield [United], two or three weeks ago, so he needs time. We will see.”
Meanwhile Guardiola hopes Laporte could play some part again before the winter break – and could even feature at Tottenham on Sunday.
The French defender made his comeback after almost five months out at Sheffield United earlier this month – but then missed the next two matches.
Guardiola insists there has been no setback but the club are just being cautious following his serious knee ligament problem.
Pep added: “He’s ok he had a (muscle) fatigue, not an injury.
“We didn’t want to take a risk. Maybe he can play at Spurs, but in case he can’t play there hopefully he’ll be ok with West Ham.
“If he was injured or had a set-back I’d tell you, I answered the truth.”
