LUIS SUAREZ showed something he probably hasn’t for a while – a smile – as he was unveiled by Atletico Madrid.
And it was straight into action for the 33-year-old as he took part in a training session for his new club.

Suarez completed a £5.5million move from Barcelona, a transfer that stunned some of his past team-mates.
Barcelona legend Lionel Messi as well as former stars Neymar and Samuel Eto’o were highly critical of the decision to ship out the Uruguayan.
As soon as he got the job, Ronald Koeman told Suarez that he wouldn’t be a part of his long-term plans.
It is believed this decision played a part in Messi sensationally handing in a transfer request with the Catalans.
He has since agreed to stay at the club – but has just a year left on his current contract.
Suarez broke down in tears during his exit interview with Barca, and was similarly emotional when he cleared out his locker for the last time.
But he showed off a beaming smile as he proudly wore the shirt of his new club, Atletico.
He then spoke of his ‘excitement’ to be moving on to a new chapter in his illustrious career.

In a video Atletico uploaded to Instagram, Suarez said: “Hello Atletico fans. I’m already here wearing my new shirt.
“I’m really excited to play and have fun on the pitch. Thanks a lot for the support and all your messages.
“Now it’s time to enjoy and achieve important things this season.”
It has been revealed that Suarez will reportedly face a SIXTY PER CENT wage drop after joining Atletico Madrid.
Marca reports that Suarez will earn around £8.3million a year with his new club.
That works out at £160,000 a week – he was earning a whopping £405,000 a week at the Nou Camp.
