LUIS SUAREZ claims he will receive a new Barcelona contract if he plays in 60 per cent of their games next season.
The veteran striker, 33, has been out of action since the start of the year when he picked up a knee injury in the Spanish Super Cup defeat to Atletico Madrid.

Barcelona have since managed to land a replacement in ex-Middlesbrough man Martin Braithwaite.
And Suarez could miss the rest of the campaign as he looks to make a full recovery.
His current Nou Camp contract expires in 2021, leading to reports that club are on the look-out for a new striker this summer.
Arsenal’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Inter Milan’s Lautaro Martinez have both been linked in recent weeks.
However, Suarez is under the firm impression he will continue to lead the line for Barcelona next term.
And the former Liverpool star even claims he will receive a contract extension should he feature in 60 per cent of the matches he’s available for.
Suarez told RAC1: “There is the option that if I play 60 per cent of the games I’m available for next year, I renew.
“I am happy here and my family is too. I’m where I always wanted to be and I feel useful, but the decision has to come from the club. I want to stay here but that doesn’t depend on me.
“[My knee?] I was playing because I was used to playing with pain. I had cartilage problems, I also had a meniscal cyst.
“This causes you to put force on other areas of the knee and everything comes together causing you more problems. I’m determined to be fit again.”
Suarez has been at Barcelona since 2014 after a £65million move from Anfield.
He has since scored 191 goals in 270 matches for the Nou Camp giants.
And Suarez has also lifted a number of trophies in the process, including four La Liga titles, four Copa del Reys and the 2015 Champions League.
