And the Canaries, who were relegated last month, are understood to want at least £25million for the 23-year-old Argentinian.
While officials at Elland Road are rumoured to have made enquiries about the availability of Bruges winger, and Arsenal target, Emmanuel Dennis.
And it’s also reported Marcelo Bielsa’s club have approached Bruges’ Belgian rivals Gent over another player the Gunners are eyeing, Jonathan David.
However the 20-year-old Canada international is believed to be keen on a move to Ligue 1 side Lille who finished fourth in France’s top division last term.
Brentford’s in-form forward Ollie Watkins is reported to be another target on Leeds boss Bielsa’s transfer list.
The news comes amid rumours the Yorkshire club could be set to battle Chelsea for the signature of Watkins’ teammate Said Benrahma.
Watkins, 24, has been in fine form for Brentford, netting 25 Championship goals for the club in 46 appearances this term.
Arsenal target Jonathan David is rumoured to be a summer transfer target for Leeds. However, the Gent player is rumoured to be keen on a move to Ligue 1 giants Lille
The Torbay-born forward’s strikes include the opener in their 3-1 win against Swansea which secured the Bees’ play-off final place against Scott Parker’s Fulham on Tuesday.
Other stars thought to be summer targets for Leeds include Wigan Athletic midfield starlet Sean McGurk, who’s also of interest to Tottenham.
Should Leeds sign the 17-year-old, he’ll be joining his former striker teammate Joe Gelhardt.
Last month SunSport revealed that Gelhart, 18, completed a £1milion move to Elland Road from the cash-strapped Lactics.

At the time it was reported the struggling club, who considered Gelhart one of their top prospects, had no money to pay the salaries of their playing staff.
Meanwhile, Leeds, who won the Championship with a ten-point lead, are expected to be busy in the transfer market this summer.
The club, who spent 16 years. out of the Premier League until their promotion this term, will be keen to cement their place in the division.
