The top two leagues in Spain are training in small groups, with full squads allowed to train together from Monday.
Spain has been one of the worst-hit countries during the pandemic with more then 28,000 losing their lives.
Marca reports that “there will be 32 consecutive days of football, going from June 11 to July 12”.
Tebas said: “There is the possibility of a game on June 11, which would be the only match that night and perhaps there will be a tribute to all the people who have died.
“We’d like the game to be the Seville derby.”
The proposed dates and times will be published officially in the coming days, once TV coverage has been agreed.
Tebas has been desperate to follow the Bundesliga’s lead and resume the 2019-20 season.
All 20 teams have 11 games remaining, with Barcelona leading Real Madrid by two points at the top of the table.
