Japhet Tanganga is the sole injury worry for Mourinho and is still at least a fortnight from returning.
For Brighton, they have Alireza Jahanbakhsh, Florin Andone and Jose Izquierdo all out injured.
Lewis Dunk will also miss out through suspension.
