ASHLEY YOUNG is reportedly set to be rewarded with a one-year contract extension by Inter Milan after making a huge impact following his January arrival from Manchester United.
The 34-year-old joined the Serie A side on an initial six-month deal, but he has impressed boss Antonio Conte enough for the club to hand him fresh terms.

Since coming into the Nerazzurri defence, the full-back has chipped in with one goal and one assist in seven games in all competitions.
And according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta dello Sport, Young’s future at the club seems to be a formality.
They state that the option for Inter to extend his stay in Milan for another year ‘seems to be guaranteed’.
Young has linked up with former United team-mates Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez at the San Siro.
But while Lukaku has flourished having banged in 23 goals in 35 games, Chilean international Sanchez has underwhelmed during his loan spell.
The ex-Arsenal forward has found the back of the net just once in 15 matches, with it looking increasingly likely he will be heading back to Old Trafford.
It looks poised to be a busy transfer window for Inter, with the club reportedly eyeing up a move for Gunners striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Inter could turn to the Gabon international should Lautaro Martinez make the move to join Barcelona.
Barca are looking to replace the ageing Luis Suarez, and are claimed to have identified the Argentine ace as their preferred target.
