Harry and wife Sandra are said to be moving to a house being built nearby

Daily Star report on a £7m agreement to sell the Dorset pad.

Stretched over four floors, it features floor-to-ceiling windows allowing its occupants a stunning view of the South Coast sea.

An indoor swimming pool is ideal for when the waters outside are a touch too chilly with a jacuzzi and sauna also on site.

Naturally, a large terraced area also allows the owner to make use of the fresh sea air with five bedrooms inside.

Redknapp, 73, and wife Sandra are reportedly moving to a £3.8m property nearby.

That is said to feature an orangery and double garage, with the home currently being built on a plot of land owned by Sheffield Wednesday boss Garry Monk.

And Harry had to pull out his old negotiating skills to seal the deal with Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson named as a rival bidder.

The Star quote a source as saying: “Harry has done incredibly well.

“He’s earning a fortune from the sale and bagging the house of his dreams.

“He’s used to making deals on the transfer market, so it’s no surprise he’s done well in real estate several times.

“Although he loves Sandbanks, the new place is the last one he’ll buy to live in.

“It’s where he and Sandra can retire and spend quality time with the grandkids.”
