CHRISTIAN ERIKSEN could make a return to the Premier League in January.
SunSport exclusively revealed Manchester United are interested in signing the 28-year-old.
Eriksen joined the Italian giants in a £17 million move from Spurs in January 2020.
But Inter are already prepared to entertain offers for the out-of-favour midfielder.
It is believed that United will have to put in a bid of £27m to secure his services.
The move could see Eriksen form a partnership with Bruno Fernandes in the midfield.
The 28-year-old should hit the ground running in England after spending seven years with Spurs.
His Premier League record stands at 51 goals and 62 assists in 226 appearances.
He is just one of the midfielders that United have been linked to since Paul Pogba’s agent said his time at the club was ‘over’.
But the World Cup winner has now confirmed his commitment to the Red Devils.

But SunSport understands Inter’s initial talks over a possible swap deal were immediately rejected.
