Graeme Souness delivers fresh Paul Pogba blast and claims Man Utd star ‘doesn’t want to be’ at club

GRAEME SOUNESS claims Paul Pogba does not want to be at Manchester United.

The Sky Sports pundit slammed English football’s most expensive signing ahead of the Red Devils’ 1-1 draw with Everton on Sunday.

And Souness believes Pogba’s absence since December with a mystery ankle injury proves he is not dedicated to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s cause.

The Scot also highlighted Andre Gomes’ return to the Everton starting XI just three months after dislocating his ankle.

And he feels Pogba would have made himself available by now if he wanted to remain at United.

Souness said: “It’s just the cynic in me, I’m thinking Paul Pogba… I see him dancing at a wedding, I see him shooting hoops, and the cynic in me thinks he doesn’t want to be at United.

“How can you not want to play for Man United, if that’s the case?

“You’ve got Andre Gomes playing today, horrific ankle injury. Is it 14 bones?

“Half the players out there today will be playing with something floating around in their ankle joint. It mystifies me, it really does.

“Maybe United should be looking at the medical staff here at Goodison, they got Gomes back in a fraction of the time for what would appear to be a far worse injury.

“What odds would you give me that he’ll be available for six/seven games for United, given that the Euros are coming up?”
