Gareth Bale’s Real Madrid future in limbo with NO firm transfer offers yet and could be stuck there until next summer

GARETH BALE doesn’t look like moving anywhere this summer with it being reported there have been NO bids for him.

Despite being linked with the likes of Manchester United and former club Tottenham, the Welsh winger looks like he’ll have to sit it out in Spain.

According to Marca, there are “no offers on the table to leave the club this summer”.

And even if they do come, it wouldn’t be a guarantee of signing him as the player is “not particularly interested in listening to any”.

That could see the 30-year-old sit out the last two years of his contract at the Bernabeu before leaving on a free.

That might not go down too well with Real Madrid fans, who appear to have made Bale public enemy No1.

BERNABEU NIGHTMARE

He is often whistled and jeered by sections of the crowd, and it’s starting to get to him.

Despite winning the Champions League on four occasions, including a scoring stunning overhead kick in the final against Liverpool two years ago, Bale’s relationship with supporters has deteriorated.

And speaking after receiving numerous hostile receptions, Bale told golf podcast The Erik Anders Lang Show: “We get a lot of pressure every game. If you don’t play well, there’s scrutiny.

“I’ve had 80,000 people in a stadium whistle at me because I haven’t played well. I’ve had it a few times! It’s not nice and it doesn’t do your confidence any good either.

“This is the biggest question and I just don’t get it.

“You would expect that if you’re not having a good time on the pitch, your fans would get behind you and try to help you do better because it’ll make them happy.

“But it seems that they do the opposite.

“They whistle you, which consequentially makes you feel worse, you lose your confidence, you play worse and then that makes them even more upset.”

Real are reportedly so desperate to get Bale’s £600,000-a-week wages off the bill they are prepared to let him leave this summer for free.

He almost joined Chinese Super League side Jiangsu Suning last summer, before the Spanish giants pulled the plug ont he deal.

It was reported Jiangsu would pay him £1MILLION-A-WEEK in wages.
