FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION chairman Greg Clarke reportedly claimed that he does not think it’s “feasible” the season will finish after domestic football was suspended over the coronavirus outbreak.
The Times report that following government guidelines that the deadly bug will not peak until mid-June, the 62-year-old believes a rise in cases will make it impossible for clubs to honour their fixtures.

FA chief Clarke apparently made the remark during an emergency Premier League meeting in London on Thursday.
That summit concluded with postponing England’s top division, the EFL, the FA Women’s Super League and the Women’s Championship until April 3.
The risk to the Premier League if the season is not completed is that clubs could miss out on more than £400million.
Liverpool are currently 25 points clear of City at the top of the league and have nine games left of their season, putting them on the brink of a first league crown for 30 years.
But due to the unprecedented events unfolding, no one is entirely sure what will happen next.
It comes with the UK gripped by the crisis with millions of Brits sent home from work with over 500 confirmed cases and 10 deaths.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson has warned many people will lose loved ones in the coming months and told those with symptoms to self-isolate.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has tested positive for the contagious illness, along with Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi.
Today Everton and Bournemouth joined Chelsea, Arsenal, Leicester and Watford in putting their squads into self-isolation.
Hammers manager David Moyes is among those in quarantine.
Next week’s Champions League and Europa League games have been suspended, with Uefa now considering putting Euro 2020 back a year.
Leagues in Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Holland and many more have been suspended, with this season’s Bundesliga to potentially be scrapped.
Coronavirus has officially been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organisation, and countries are banning large gathering to avoid the spread.
In America, the MLS, NBA, NHL have all been postponed, while the start of the new MLB campaign has been delayed.
The Formula One World Championship has also been delayed, with the Australian, Chinese, Bahrain and Vietnam Grand Prix’s all scrapped.
And tomorrow’s Six Nations encounter between Wales and Scotland has finally been cancelled following huge pressure to call off Saturday’s Doddie Weir Cup clash.
