Oscar is now in China with Shanghai SIPG, while Luiz and Willian have both moved across London to the Gunners.
But Oscar, 29, admits he has his heart set on a return to Chelsea.
The two-time Premier League winner spent five years with the Blues after joining from Internacional for around £20million in 2012.
After scoring 38 goals in 203 games, Oscar was then offloaded to the Chinese Super League for a whopping £60m.
He has 39 goals in 123 games for Shanghai SIGP, leading them to title glory in 2018 before winning the Chinese FA Super Cup last year.
Oscar, who has 12 goals in 47 games for Brazil, is still under contract in China until 2024 on £400,000-a-week wages.
But he claims Luiz and Willian are desperate for him to join them under Mikel Arteta.
However, Oscar plans on seeing out the rest of his lucrative contract in the Far East.

And he adds his preferred destination would be a return to Chelsea, with Inter Milan also of interest – despite boss Antonio Conte shipping him out of Stamford Bridge.
Oscar told Fox Sports Brasil: “They [Willian and Luiz] called me. We have good communication.
“Sometimes I talk to them. They said ‘come to Arsenal, come here’.
“But for me it’s a little more difficult. I have a contract with Shanghai, it’s a little more difficult to leave.
“Willian had finished the contract. I was happy that they got together again, and happy that Willian is happy.
“The most important thing is to be happy, regardless of the place. So I hope they are happy there.
“I really want to go back to Europe, [but] not now. At the moment I’m well here in China, I still have my contract here, which I hope to fulfil.
“And I had approaches from some clubs to go back, but the situation is difficult for me to return.
“So I hope to fulfil my contract here calmly and then think about going back to Europe.
“The first club I’d choose is Chelsea for sure, which is the club I built a very beautiful history with.
“When I was a child I watched the Italian league a lot because there were many Brazilians there.
“There are teams I like a lot like Inter and AC Milan, so I’d think about going to the Italian league.”
