EVERTON have completed the signing of Robin Olsen to round off a busy transfer deadline day.
The Roma goalkeeper arrives on a year-long loan as competition for No1 Jordan Pickford – after a string of errors to start the season.

After the capture of Ben Godfrey from Norwich on Monday morning, Olsen arrived as Carlo Ancelotti’s sixth signing of the window.
Reports had suggested Manchester United’s Sergio Romero and Paulo Gazzaniga of Tottenham were on the Toffees’ radar.
However Olsen was the man brought in, amid a furious response from Romero’s wife.
Eliana Guercio slammed United for “not letting” Romero go just hours before Everton announced their signing.
A club statement minutes before the transfer deadline confirmed: “Everton have completed the signing of goalkeeper Robin Olsen on a season-long loan from AS Roma.
“Olsen arrives at Everton having amassed 38 caps and is the Club’s second deadline-day signing after confirmation of 22-year-old Godfrey’s arrival from Norwich City earlier on Monday.”
Olsen made his name in his native Sweden with Malmo before spells at PAOK and Copenhagen.
A move to Roma two years ago saw him shipped out on loan to Cagliari last summer, where he made 19 appearances.
He joins an Everton side flying high with four wins from four to start their Premier League campaign.
Tottenham, West Brom, Crystal Palace and Brighton have all been dispatched ahead of a Merseyside derby with Liverpool in a fortnight.
