ENGLAND will play Wales in an autumn friendly at Wembley.
Gareth Southgate’s Three Lions will take on Ryan Giggs’ side on October 8 as part of preparations for the delayed Euro 2020 finals next summer.

The game between the two Home Nations is scheduled to be played behind-closed-doors as per current Government guidelines.
The friendly for the two countries comes during the Nations League campaign which kicks off in September.
The Nations League competition ends ten months without international football following Covid-19.
England are Wales’ second oldest opponents having first met in 1879, and there have been 102 matches in total.
The Three Lions have won 67 of those matches with 21 draws and 14 defeats.
Wales’ last visit to Wembley was in 2011 for a Euro 2012 qualifier, which ended in a 1-0 win for England.
The two sides most recently shared a memorable encounter in Lens at Euro 2016, with Jamie Vardy and Daniel Sturridge securing a late win for England after Gareth Bale’s opener.
Giggs’ men take on Turkey and Switzerland in Baku for next summer’s finals before a trip to Rome to face Italy.
England are to face Croatia and Czech Republic at Wembley as well as a to-be-decided play-off winner, which could be Scotland.
