BORUSSIA DORTMUND chief Hans-Joachim Watzke has admitted he WILL discuss a transfer for Jadon Sancho… if the youngster wants to leave.
Watzke was full of praise for the 19-year-old as he admitted to RMC Sport that the club would back the youngster’s decision to leave the German outfit if he decides that is what he wants.

The 60-year-old said: ”Jadon is a great, great talent, maybe the greatest talent in Europe currently of players under the age of 21.
”In my opinion, he has the potential to become one of the two or three best players in the world in the years to come.”
He went on: ”If one day he comes to us and says that he wants to leave the club, then we’ll discuss it.”
Although Dortmund ideally want to hold onto their winger for as long as possible, they are aware that a number of big name clubs across Europe are keen on swooping for the the starlet.
Both Manchester United and Chelsea are keen on the England international ahead of the summer transfer window.
But it doesn’t stop there.
Premier League leaders Liverpool as we all as Spanish giants Barcelona are also watching him closely.
The Red Devils are reportedly the most likely to sign him at the moment, having been willing to cough up £100million- a fee the Bundesliga giants priced him at.
Sancho has featured 11 times for the England squad and contributed two goals.
The former Manchester City and Watford youth player has netted 17 times for Dortmund across all competitions this season as well as having 19 assists.
It is also thought he will feature in Gareth Southgate’s Euro 2020 squad.
JADON JOURNEY
Sancho originally moved to the Etihad from Watford at the age of 15, but then left them for Dortmund as he went in search of first team experience.
In the process he turned down a huge paycheck and stuck it out with his decision to move to Germany where he took the opportunity and made the most of it, and became the player he is today.
Just last month it looked as though nothing could steal the young star away.
Amid previous speculation of Sancho moving to England, Watzke said: ”I think he has the feeling that the club does have a good future.
”In my opinion, I don’t think he wants to leave.”
As the situation has progressed, it is clear there is a good relationship between player and club…who are willing to allow the boy they took under their wings, to spread his.
