CHELSEA have reportedly been offered the chance to sign Thomas Lemar on loan this month.
The Standard claims Atletico Madrid have been in touch with Frank Lampard to see if he fancies taking the Frenchman to Stamford Bridge.

Lemar, 24, has failed to score once in 21 appearances this season.
He joined Atletico from Monaco for £51million just 18 months ago.
But it’s reckoned that Lemar’s time in the Spanish capital is at an end.
And Diego Simeone wants to move him on as soon as possible to free up funds and space for a new signing.
Chelsea loaned Alvaro Morata to Atletico a year ago before giving them the chance to sign him in the summer.
And Lampard could decide to go down a similar road with Lemar as he looks to bolster his options in the final third.
However, Arsenal are said to be interested in the Ligue 1 title winner.
And Spurs are also keeping tabs on the situation.
But it’s only Chelsea who can afford Lemar’s fees, with £5m required to take him on loan and a further £50m to complete a permanent deal next summer.
