CHILLED
Speaking on BT Sport, Ben Chilwell, who had the most touches in the Chelsea squad, said: “I think the important thing is the clean sheet. I think defensively as a team we were solid today, against a very good team.
“It would have been nice to get a win at home, but we’ll take a draw and the clean sheet.
“We were very organised this evening, I think defensively we were very good, not just the defenders, but the wingers put in a real shift too.
“We’re a top team, when you play for Chelsea and concede goals you’re going to get criticism, but today we’ve shown we are a strong outfit. They’re one of the best teams in Europe, and gave Bayern a good run for their money, so it’s positive to get a clean sheet against them.”
