ARTUR BORUC has returned to boyhood club Legia Warsaw – at the age of 40.
The Polish veteran was out of contract having spent the last six years at Bournemouth.

He has been No2 at relegated Bournemouth in the last couple of seasons after a brief spell with Southampton.
The keeper also collected six major honours in a five-year spell at Celtic before moving to Fiorentina ten years ago.
But after his contract expired with Bournemouth, he’s returned to his first love and signed a one-year deal with Legia.
Boruc was famously pictured last year with a megaphone leading the chants of the Legia Warsaw fans at Ibrox during a Europa League tie against his old rivals Rangers, which then-Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe admitted he was unaware of.

And Boruc couldn’t hide his delight after returning to Legia after 15 years.
He said: “I never really left Legia… I just worked at other clubs.
“When I was in the stands at Ibrox supporting Legia last year, I had no idea I would actually be back at the club so soon.
“There have been a few occasions down the years since I left in 2005 that there has been interest from Legia, but it’s never quite happened.
“Even this time, I was not convinced it would happen until I physically put pen to paper. It’s a dream come true for me.
“When Legia knew that I would be leaving Bournemouth we started talking and I am just so pleased we got the deal done. I may have left Legia, but my heart never did.”
Boruc is called ‘King Artur’ by Legia fans.
He won 65 caps for Poland, the last of which came three years ago and will replace keeper Radosław Majecki, who just signed for Monaco in a £7million move.
