JAMIE CARRAGHER has taken to Twitter where he created a new challenge for fans after naming his best XI that have been relegated from the Premier League.
The Liverpool legend has even named a manager that was unable to save his side from the drop, as he stated the team must adhere to a number of rules.
He tweeted: “New #CarraChallenge. Pick an Ultimate XI + Manager who have been relegated from the Premier League.
“BUT only using any relegated club once & any nationality once. Players MUST have been relegated with club you select them for.
“But CAN have played for more than one.”
Carragher than attached a snap of his greatest relegated XI, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer the gaffer after Cardiff went down under his tutelage in 2014.
Between the sticks for his side is West Ham shot-stopper Lukasz Fabianski after he was relegated with Swansea in 2018.
Opting for three centre-backs, the Sky Sports pundit selected his ex-Reds team-mate Stephane Henchoz, who went down with Blackburn in 1999.
Partnering him is Carragher’s former England team-mate Rio Ferdinand who failed to help QPR drop down to the Championship in 2015, and Jonny Evans after West Brom’s miserable 2017/18 campaign.
At right full-back is Emerson Boyce, who went down with Wigan in 2013, with Liverpool maestro Andy Robertson at left full-back after suffering relegation with Hull twice in 2015 and 2017.
The central midfielders consist of Roy Keane who was relegated with Nottingham Forest in 1993, as well as Georginio Wijnaldum, who failed to save Newcastle from Championship football in 2016.
Middlesbrough legend Juninho is named as his side’s No10, with ex-Leeds striker Mark Viduka and former Derby and Boro forward Fabrizio Ravanelli tasked with leading the line.
Carragher has given his followers a number of different best XIs during the coronavirus pandemic, including his Team of the Season.
