The report that superstar captain Lionel Messi is the exception to the players available, with Barca hoping to add Neymar and Inter Milan’s Lautaro Martinez.
French World Cup Winner Griezmann is set to put a number of European giants on red alert, including Manchester United, Chelsea and Everton.
The Red Devils had tried to sign the 29-year-old before he sealed his £108million switch to Barcelona last year from Atletico Madrid.
Meanwhile, former Luis Suarez and Ousmane Dembele have also been named as amongst the club’s deadwood with both forwards suffering injury-hit campaigns.
England’s top clubs have been informed that midfielders Ivan Rakitic, who has attracted interest from United and Tottenham, and Arturo Vidal are on the table.
At the back, Arsenal target Samuel Umtiti is among the defenders available alongside Nelson Semedo and Sergi Roberto.
And lastly, Coutinho looks set to leave Camp Nou this summer after spending this season on loan with Bayern Munich.
Chelsea have also been interested in a move for the Brazilian while Newcastle have been touted as an unlikely option if Mauricio Pochettino takes charge when the Toon takeover is completed.
Barcelona have recently confirmed they intend to do only swap deals this summer, as a result of the financial crisis imposed by the coronavirus pandemic.
They did look at buying Neymar back before Covid-19 but were unwilling to meet the £176m asking price, while recent reports claimed the Paris-Saint Germain star was looking at exploiting a Fifa loophole to land a move back to Spain.
SunSport previously reported that Barcelona were set to trigger a desperate fire sale of its top stars in order to raise the funds needed.
Marta Ramon, Barcelona reporter for Catalan radio station RAC1, told SunSport: “It’s perfectly true to say that the Barcelona board is willing to sell players.
“Actually, they’re kind of desperate to do so. Does that mean they want to sell the most of the squad? No.
“But… are they open to study offers for most of them? Hell, yes!
“They were already desperate before the coronavirus. Now the situation has got even worse.”
