Mundo Deportivo claim that Barcelona want a young striker, a versatile midfielder and a young central defender.
Lautaro Martinez, 22, has emerged as their top attacking target after scoring 16 goals for Inter Milan this season.
Manchester City are said to be the firm favourites to land the Argentine’s signature at the end in the summer.
But one of Martinez’s agents has fuelled speculation that he could make the move to the Nou Camp instead.
Sergio Zarate told Fox Sports Mexico: “There’s a very big chance Lautaro goes to Barca. He is a fantastic player. Tremdnous, he has no ceiling.”
Barcelona are interested, but Chelsea are also said to be long-term admirers of the striker.
The report states that Barca have identified Tanguy Ndombele as a top target in their hunt for a midfielder with “legs”.

Jose Mourinho is facing a battle to keep the 23-year-old at Spurs – even though he only joined last summer for £55million.
He is said to be considering his options after making just 19 appearances in the Premier League this season and falling out with Mourinho.
Barcelona are also said to have their eye on Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz.
In defence, the LaLiga giants have been linked to Manchester City star Aymeric Laporte.
The 25-year-old Frenchman has been a huge hit for City since he joined from Athletic Bilbao for £57million in 2018.
Dayot Upamecano is another on their radar after he hinted he could leave RB Leipzig at the end of the season.
But Barcelona will face competition from Arsenal and Real Madrid for the 21-year-old’s signature this summer.
