MARIO BALOTELLI and super agent Mino Raiola could face legal action from Brescia after they alleged the club had not tested the striker for coronavirus.
The Italian Serie A strugglers have called it a ‘shameful slur’ and claim they carried out Covid-19 tests on all their players.

Raiola told reporters his client was ‘discriminated’ against as he was not tested like the other Brescia players.
The Dutch-Italian, who also looks after Paul Pogba, said: “They are discriminating against Balotelli, he has never been tested by Brescia, not even one swab.”
Former Manchester City and Liverpool forward Balotelli then shared an Instagram story that said it was ‘all true’.
But Brescia strongly refute the claims.
A club statement said: “It is important to underline that, apparently, this extended inspection will happen following the false and slanderous accusations of irresponsible people, published this morning in the media.
“On this specific issue, we have instructed our lawyers to take action against those who made these false accusations.”
Balotelli was allegedly turned away from the club’s training ground because he did not have a valid medical certificate.
The club statement added: “Brescia wish to clarify that we respected the medical protocol to the letter and even privately hired a full-time specialist to deal with any possible health emergencies linked to Covid-19.
“Being accused of not respecting the rules, by one of our players no less, is shameful slander and those who said it will pay in the opportune venues, so we can protect the work and sacrifices of this club.
“Unfortunately, as we all know, the irresponsible behaviour of an individual can create serious risks for everyone involved, so we’ll be forced to enact even more rigid measures to protect the club and its representatives.’
The club announced they planned to sack Balotelli earlier this month after failing to report for training sessions or on the Zoom social media platform with other Brescia players.
Italian football returned to action this week with Copa Italia matches while Serie A restarts on June 20.
