ARSENE WENGER has admitted that he still worries about Arsenal – and hopes Mikel Arteta can rediscover the club’s culture.
The legendary Frenchman was the man who first brought the former Manchester City assistant to the Gunners as a player and made him captain.

Arteta has since taken over the reigns as manager at the Emirates following a difficult period under Unai Emery but the club are still ninth in the Premier League.
And Wenger has urged the Spaniard to bring back his style of football to Arsenal as they bid to return to the glory days,
He told talkSPORT: “I worry about the club still a lot and I watch all of the games.
“I believe there is a culture in the way to play football at Arsenal that I want to be respected, and I hope Mikel can get that back.
“I’m very proud and happy to contribute a little bit to improve things.

“My heart is still with the club. I think a lot of that period. Twenty-two years at one club is unusual. I’m proud.
“At the end of the day when you look back, you don’t think about what you won or lost so much but I’m proud for having the attitude just to serve the club while I was there.
“I have more satisfaction looking back too at the Emirates that we built all that without a penny from anybody.
“And today the club can take off more and be more successful.”
Wenger, who has previously shared his hope for the Prem to finish after the coronavirus lockdown, also reversed special praise for runaway leaders Liverpool.
He added: “Jurgen [Klopp] has done extremely well because that club has waited 30 years for this title.
“And when you think they have such a massive difference [points gap] to the second team, Manchester City, as well – 25 points, it’s absolutely massive.
“No matter what England will decide, Liverpool are champions in everyone’s head, I think.”
