LIGUE 1 footballer Farid El Melali has been arrested on suspicion of masturbating in public… for the SECOND time.
French police first held the Angers forward in May following an allegation from a female neighbour that he exposed himself outside her flat.

El Melali, 23, apologised for the incident at the time in a now-deleted social media post.
But he was again quizzed by authorities on Wednesday after a second woman alleged he pleasured himself in front of her home on two occasions.
The Algeria international is due in court on August 25 to face charges of indecent exposure. He could face a year in jail and £13,000 fine.
Sandra Chirac-Kollarik, El Melali’s lawyer, confirmed that her client had been taken into custody, stating: “Farid El Melali was interviewed this morning by Angers police about acts committed during the lockdown period.
“He once again answered the questions he was asked. All the necessary checks could be made, and his interview was soon brought to an end.
“He renews his sincerest apologies to the women he may have upset by his inappropriate behaviour.”

Angers managing director Fabrice Favetto-Bon added: “We’ve already spoken out on this matter. We have heard the player voice his excuses.
“Of course this type of behaviour does not fit with the club’s values, and the exemplary conduct we expect from our players.”
El Melali signed a contract extension until 2023 with Loire-based Angers – days before his initial arrest.
He joined the club from Algerian side Paradou in 2018.
After his first arrest in May, the player wrote online: “These last few days have been very hard — mentally and physically.
“Coping with criticism and judgement is difficult. I understand that those who learned of what happened cannot tolerate such behaviour.
“I want to apologise to my family, my friends and the fans of my dear club Angers, as well as my fellow Algerians.
“Everything that happened has impacted me, but it has also made me stronger and more aware of the values and principles that I must uphold.
“Thank you to everybody who has stuck with me during this tough time.”
