TYSON FURY slogged through his latest Instagram work-out despite his giant legs aching from a heavy weekend.
The Gypsy King worked his massive pins on Saturday and revealed he went on a mammoth cross-country run across Morecambe on his supposed day of rest.
Fury revealed his legs were in bits during his morning workout with wife Paris
But that did not stop him and wife Paris doing their usual three sets of exercises and 500 sit-ups for their loyal 3,000 daily viewers.
During the warm-up, the 6ft 9in WBC king – who in November will release his new book detailing his diet and training tips – said: “My legs are f****** killing me from my cross-country run – sorry for swearing.
“My legs are honestly killing me, I don’t know how many steps I did yesterday. My calves are shot to pieces.
“I did a legs session Saturday and a cross-country run on Sunday.”
Fury enjoyed a busy week, before putting his limbs through the mill, revealing he has refused to even offer Deontay Wilder stepaside money so he could be free to pursue an Anthony Joshua fight quicker.
The Brit ace – who recently stunned a pub landlord by knocking on his door for some pint glasses – claims he will batter Wilder again before facing Watford’s WBA, IBF and WBO champ twice.
Fury had wife Paris along for another punishing workout
On Friday, during another social media training session, Fury addressed his multi-million pound near future.
He said: “Wilder’s got a rematch clause and I saw some newspaper reported that he wanted £10million to step aside.
“I’m not paying him no money to step aside, I’d rather take his scalp again.
“I’ll beat him in the ring and that’s how I’ll get him out the way. I wouldn’t pay him £2m to step aside.
“I’d rather give him another battering, again. I’m going to take him out again for a third time, hopefully by the end of the year.
“And then we’re going to go into 2021 for the biggest fight in boxing history between two undefeated British heavyweights – me and AJ, we’re going to battle it out for all the gold.
“We’ve got the rematch with Wilder on, at some point as well, then we’ve got the two AJ fights.
“Well, one, and then obviously when I batter him he’ll want a rematch.”
