LUKE CAMPBELL’S spiteful showdown with Ryan Garcia on December 5 will finally launch DAZN in the UK.
Hull’s 2012 Olympic golden boy and lightweight ace will travel to America to face their red-hot 22-year-old prospect.

But the London-based streaming service will hold the bout in the middle of the West Coast afternoon so British fans can catch it around 11pm – instead of the usual Sunday dawn.
And, unlike the Premier League clubs milking fans for £14.95-per-game, DAZN will roll out an introductory £1.99-a-month plan.
Billy Joe Saunders’ world title defence against Martin Murray the evening before will remain on Sky Sports.
And Anthony Joshua’s long-awaited mandatory defence against Kubrat Pulev on December 12 remains a Sky PPV.
But DAZN will make more moves into British boxing in 2021 as they aim to shake up the market.
Saunders vs Mexican superstar Canelo was supposed to launch the brand in Britain at the start of May, before the Covid-19 pandemic floored that fight and delayed their global expansion.
But a new US vs UK rivalry has presented itself as the perfect opening fight and DAZN have snapped up the battle of the baby-faced 9st 9lbs bangers.
Garcia is the latest Mexican-American ace to gain huge popularity – including 6.6m Instagram followers – through his Hollywood smile and teeth-smashing fists.

The wonderkid is already 20-0 – with 17 inside the distance – and has vowed to walk through Campbell, newly-crowned undisputed champ Teofimo Lopez and fellow sensation Devin Haney.
But 33-year-old Campbell, filled with other ideas, said: “Garcia has speed and power and a lot of social media fame.
“But he also looks like he could take a good beating.
“I still feel like a fresh up-and-comer but I am also ready to be the boogieman for these new kids on the block.
“I feel I am the toughest fight for all of these guys.”
