TYSON FURY’S fight with Anthony Joshua could be held at the new, 65,000-seater Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas – which cost £1.6BILLION.
It was revealed on Wednesday the British pair would fight twice, with the first coming in 2021.

And with the UK out of the question, speculation is mounting the massive Battle of Britain could be held in a brand new, 65,000-seater stadium in Las Vegas.
Fury doesn’t currently have a boxing licence which allows him to fight in the UK.
Given the monster nature of the fight, that leaves Las Vegas and the Middle East as the most viable options.
And with Fury’s fight with Joshua not going ahead until next year, it could be the perfect time to break in the Allegiant Stadium – soon-to-be home of NFL side the Las Vegas Raiders.
The American Football team will be moving from Oakland, California to Las Vegas in time for the start of the 2020-21 NFL season in October.
Construction of the incredible, ten-storey domed arena began in July 2017 – and is expected to be finished this summer.
Raiders owner Mark Davis pledged £390million to the stadium construction in 2016.
The first scheduled event is actually a music concert, with Garth Brooks’ August 22 date pencilled in for the Allegiant Stadium.
FROM NFL TO BOXING, UFC & WWE
It will first host football a month later, when the raiders take on the New Orleans Saints on September 21.
The remarkable arena boasts a transparent roof – keeping the elements at bay, but allowing for natural light.
There are even retractable curtains at the side of the stadium that allow for views of the iconic Las Vegas strip.
Never ones to do things small, the Vegas arena will also boast the largest 3D-printed object in the world – a 26m flaming torch in honour of long-time Raiders owner Al Davis, who died in 2011 aged 82.
The arena will also provide multiple different playing surfaces, with the Raiders preferring real grass.
But college team UNLV would rather play on artificial turf.
To accommodate both, stadium engineers have placed the 4G surface underneath the real turf.
The real grass can then be wheeled off the pitch, exposing the artificial strip.

The incredible arena has been built in a prime location
As well as just American Football, the stadium has been built with a multi-purpose nature in mind.
Music gigs, WWE, UFC, football and boxing are just a few other events set to take place at the Allegiant Stadium.
And that’s where Joshua and Fury could come in…
The all-British showdown is expected to become the FIFTH-RICHEST boxing match of all time at £150m.
It would be the most lucrative fight ever to not involve Las Vegas’ own Floyd Mayweather Jr.
A spectacular, brand-new stadium in the US – in a big market city like Vegas – could be just what the doctor ordered.
Both Fury and Joshua are expected to pocket around £55m EACH for their first fight, splitting the purse 50/50.
The rematch is expected to be worth twice that for AJ and Fury – with the winner from the first fight taking home 60 per cent of the purse on that occasion.
The fight would be the most lucrative ever to not feature Floyd Mayweather
Fury’s last fight – his sensational rematch win over Deontay Wilder – was held in Vegas, at the MGM Grand Garden.
And the British star, 31, has already claimed he wants to fight at the Allegiant Stadium, too…
In the aftermath of Wilder win, just across the road, Fury revealed: “I expect he will want a rematch and I will have that. Great fights should have trilogies.
“And I want it here, just across the road, at the Raiders Stadium outdoors in front of 70,000.”
The Gypsy King also professed his love for the USA, slamming Britain in the process – hinting he would never fight on home soil again.
With America a preferred choice and Joshua’s last fight held in Saudi Arab, could either of the Battles of Britain be held at the Allegiant Stadium?
Only time will tell…
