WEST HAM could move for Cardiff keeper Neil Etheridge if they cannot land former Hammer Darren Randolph.
The fourth-bottom Londoners want a shot stopper next month and hope to tempt Randolph, 32, back from Middlesbrough.

However, a deal with Boro may be more expensive than West Ham thought for the Republic of Ireland international.
So Etheridge, 29, has emerged as a leading alternative, although the Welsh side would also want a decent fee.
The Philippines No1 is a late developer who was one of the Bluebirds’ most consistent performers at the top level before they rejoined Boro in the Championship.
But the Hammers’ immediate priority is appointing a new manager following Manuel Pellegrini’s sacking just minutes after their 2-1 home loss to a much-weakened Leicester side on Saturday night.
With West Ham only a point above the drop zone, David Moyes is odds-on to return as boss.
The club’s joint-chairman David Sullivan said in an official statement: “It has become clear that a change is required to get the club back on track in line with our ambitions this season.
“We felt it was necessary to act now in order to give the new manager as much time as possible to try and achieve that goal.”
Pellegrini, 66, picked up only seven home points this term and won only 23 of his 64 games in charge.
