West Ham fans call for Manuel Pellegrini to be sacked after TWO months without win following Spurs loss

WEST HAM fans have called for Manuel Pellegrini’s head after defeat to Spurs made it two months without a win.

The East Londoners delivered a turgid performance as they were beaten 3-2 on their own turf by Jose Mourinho’s new side.

And it means they have gone seven games without victory in the league, and eight in all competitions.

West Ham’s last win came against Manchester United in September.

And they have now lost five of their last six games to leave them 16th in the table, just four points above the drop zone.

Hammers supporters are up in arms over their latest setback.

And many of them feel it’s time for Pellegrini to go.

The Chilean has failed to have the same kind of impact he made at Manchester City, where he won the title in 2014.

And it now remains to be seen if Pellegrini will still be in charge for next Saturday’s trip to Chelsea.

One fan said: “Sorry but Pellegrini has to go. There is no other way around this. These players are not playing for him.”

Another tweeted: “Pellegrini has to go tonight. The lack of effort and fight in them players is absolutely disgusting.”

One wrote: “That’s the end for Pellegrini. He’ll survive for a bit because Sullivan loves a bit of inertia, but there’s no coming back from this.

“We’ll mark this day as the end of his time. His team are abysmal.”

Another added: “There is nothing left to say about Roberto and how bad he is. He’s a total and utter embarrassment and has the face of a man who knows it.

“The blame isn’t on him though, it’s Pellegirni. He bought him, he defenders him, he picks him every week. Inexcusable.”
