HARRY Kane has paid tribute to Mauricio Pochettino on Twitter after the Argentinian was sacked by Tottenham Hotspur last night.
The Spurs and England captain, who made his Premier League debut in 2014, has gone on to become one of the best forwards in the world under the guidance of Pochettino.

In Poch’s first season in charge Kane won the 2015 PFA Young Player of the Year award and scored his first hat-trick for the club.
Following his breakthrough season, the 26-year-old finished as the Premier League’s top scorer with 25 goals, finishing ahead of Sergio Aguero.
Kane would go on to retain the Golden Boot award the following season, repaying the faith Pochettino showed in him.
Kane tweeted: “Gaffer. I’ll be forever thankful to you for helping me achieve my dreams.
“We’ve had some amazing moments in the last 5 and a half years that I will never forget. You were my manager but my friend as well and I thank you for that relationship.
“Good luck with your next chapter!”
Pochettino was relieved of his duties after seeing his Spurs team drop to 14th in the table with only three wins this season and without a win in five matches.
The club made the swift appointment of Jose Mourinho, which has left the fans divided, as they look to rescue their season.
Kane’s tribute comes after team-mates Dele Alli and Jan Vertonghen left their messages of thanks for their former manager.
Alli wrote on twitter: “I can’t thank this man enough.
“He’s taught me so much and I’m so grateful for everything he’s done for me.
“Good luck and hope to see you again my friend.”
Vertonghen, who had just won 6-1 with Belgium, said after the game: “It’s never nice to see a manager leave but that’s all I can say I think.
“It’s a surprise for me. The club made the decision and we have to accept this and try to change the situation as quick as we can.
“We have come a long way together and we achieved big things, you can see where we have come from before my time at Spurs.
“We have to be very thankful for what he achieved and I think he brought the club to the next level.
“It’s the first time in my career that the manager of the team has changed so it’s strange for me.
