And it is understood cameras dotted around their Enfield training base dramatically caught Pochettino’s final moments in charge.
They are believed to have filmed his office being cleared out and frantic staff preparing for the arrival of Mourinho just hours later.
The streaming service also caught the stunned reaction of players and training ground workers to the news of Poch being sacked last Tuesday and the arrival of Mourinho for talks with chairman Daniel Levy.
The former Manchester United chief got the job on Wednesday morning, having slept at the club’s lodge after discussions that took place through the night.
Amazon producers rushed down with a crew once news of Mourinho’s arrival had broken to capture his first day in charge of Tottenham.
They got Harry Kane’s first meeting with him, along with other pep talks with senior stars.
It is not known whether his rallying chat with Dele Alli was one of those captured.
They will continue to film for the rest of this season, before an expected release later next year.
Amazon Prime Video will kick-off their live Premier League coverage next week with ten matches across Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
They include boss Mourinho’s return to Old Trafford to face United, who sacked him last December, and the Merseyside derby at Anfield between Liverpool and Everton.
