ANDY CARROLL’S swanky Essex mansion has topped Rightmove’s most viewed property list for 2019 – narrowly beating Phil Neville’s plush Manchester penthouse which came in third.
Carroll’s lavish palace in Essex carries a whopping £5million price tag, but despite the Geordie striker moving from West Ham to Newcastle in the summer, it is still up for sale.

CARROLL’S MANSION
The 30-year-old shared the sprawling nine-bedroom gaff with his Towie star wife Billi Mucklow, 31.
And with 8,000 square feet of zebra print walls, a sweeping marble staircase, mirrored ceiling in the master bedroom and its very own cinema room, it is every bit the star couple abode.
The property is located on ‘millionaire row’ in Chigwell and has a full size football pitch, a swimming pool and a tennis court out the back.
But despite the 150,000 Rightmove views it accumulated throughout the year, Carroll is still lumbered with the house after 11 months on the market.

NEV’S PENTHOUSE
Meanwhile fellow football star Neville, 42, has also struggled to shift his mega money pad with it having been on the market since June 2017.
The triple storey penthouse has four bedrooms, a spiral staircase and a glitzy chandelier and was originally listed for £4m before £500k was knocked off to try and shift it.
With floor to ceiling windows, the property boasts amazing views of Manchester and the surrounding area.
Before moving out, Neville shared the pad with his nutrition specialist wife Julie and their two children, Harvey and Isabella.
But in the meantime, the £15k-a-month rental income softens the blow somewhat for the penthouse located on the upper floors of Manchester’s Beetham Tower.

The remaining properties in the top-five most viewed on Rightmove are not owned by footballers.
Glenborrodale Castle in Scotland – a five-storey, 16-bedroom palace that comes with 132 acres of land and three islands – came second in the most viewed list.
But the building that would not look out of place in a Disney film will set you back a cool £3.75m.
Fourth in the rankings behind Neville’s triplex is ‘Overdale’ – a seven bedroom mansion in the heart of footballer territory in Prestbury in Cheshire’s ‘Golden Triangle’.
Wayne Rooney and Peter Crouch would be your neighbours if you were to snap up the £3.95m pad but having been on the market since November 2018, you might be able to hold on for a discount.
And finally, propping up the table is Canonteign Manor in Christow, Devon where King Charles I and his troops would stay during the English civil war.
Its ten bedrooms would once again set you back £3.95m if you happen to have that sort of cash lying around.
