Revolutionary phone app Final Whistle offers a hi-tech way to record and report hate crimes at sporting events big and small.
The new app from David Frazier gives fans an easy, direct way of reporting hateful abuse or racism at sporting events

Everyone has seen obnoxious behaviour in one form or another, whether it’s a parent screaming at a kids’ game or a frothing-at-the-mouth fan in the Premier League.
It reared its head again at Tottenham last Sunday when Chelsea’s Antonio Rudiger was the subject of alleged racist insults.
Now Yorkshire tech wizard David Frazier and his business partner Ricky Kundi are on a mission to combat EVERY kind of hate crime in EVERY sport at EVERY level.
Working with campaign group Stop Hate UK, Final Whistle gives users the chance to capture the guilty and send the evidence to the authorities at the press of a button.
The app has been rolled out in Surrey and West Yorkshire and Frazier is now appealing for funding to help take the initiative nationwide.
‘DETERRENT’
He explained: “Hate crime is such an issue in sport and we approached Stop Hate UK and different clubs with the idea.
“Basically, it is an app that gives you the chance to film, record or photograph people shouting abuse. Realising they are being recorded can be enough to stop some, so it can act as a deterrent.
“But if someone is out of control, the user can save the evidence on their phone — with the date, time and location all properly logged.
“I don’t think enough is being done to combat these offences. Stop Hate UK have dealt with every single possible hate crime over the years.
“Hopefully by working with them, we can help to make a real difference in stamping it out.”
Leicester, Crystal Palace and Exeter have all shown interest in Final Whistle, which can be downloaded from the app store by typing ‘Stop Hate UK’.
Frazier (below left) hopes that with extra funding, the app can launch in all areas.
Stop Hate UK chief executive Rose Simkins said: “I asked a friend what they would do if they witnessed a hate crime and had an option to record it.
But while they admitted it was fine in principle, they wouldn’t know where to send it.
“The difference with this app is they have somewhere to send the evidence.
“We will be showing them how and where to do so.”
