MANCHESTER CITY are reportedly eyeing up red-hot Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez.
And that spells bad news for big rivals Man Utd, who were growing confident they could land the Argentinian forward.

Martinez has been in stunning form this season, netting 13 goals in all competitions.
It is in the Champions League where he has really caught the eye, scoring five goals in six games.
But it wasn’t enough as his side dropped into the Europa League – and he is sure to have ambitions to play at the highest level.
According to Mundo Deportivo, City have now entered the race for the 22-year-old, believing he could be the long-term replacement for Sergio Aguero.
HUGE RELEASE CLAUSE
His contract at the Etihad runs out in the summer of 2021, and it is expected he will end his career back home in Argentina.
Whoever manages to snare Martinez, they’re going to have to splash the cash.
The Serie A side paid just £20million when bringing the forward over from Argentina 18 months ago and he is now worth almost five times that.
Inter hold a £96m release clause on the forward, and they want to increase that in a double-your-money new contract being discussed.
Barcelona are also reportedly in the hunt for Martinez.
Sporting director Eric Abidal enquired about the player’s contractual situation and was pointed towards the release clause that Inter won’t budge from.
The Catalans, who also discussed Italian international midfielder Stefano Sensi with Inter officials, at least want first refusal on any Martinez deal.
