Frankfurt’s Daichi Kamada described as ‘liberator of Arsenal’ after scoring winner against Gunners before Emery sacking

IN THE light of the sacking of Arsenal manager Unai Emery, a cheeky Wikipedia modification was made.

Eintracht Frankfurt beat the Gunners in the Europa League on Thursday helped by a double from midfielder Daichi Kamada.

It paved the way to the exit door for Emery as well as the Wikipedia alteration.

The Japanese forward scored two in the 2-1 win leading to the words ‘liberator of Arsenal Football Club’ being written as part of Kamada’s description.

The alteration has since been changed back but not before it was screen-grabbed.

It add to the wound for Arsenal though, as the loss took them to a total of seven games without a win across all competitions.

Freddie Ljungberg will take charge of the first team for now starting with this weekend’s trip to Norwich.
