SHAUN WRIGHT-PHILLIPS has backed former teammate Frank Lampard to challenge for double honours this season.
Speaking to sportingbet, the ex-Chelsea winger reckons his old side can scoop the Premier League AND Champions League this season after their blistering start under Super Frank.

Academy products including Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount and Fikayo Tomori are the heartbeat of a new-look side which has blown the doubters away.
Chelsea have won their last six league matches to sit eight points behind leaders Liverpool.
But Wright-Phillips believes the Blues stand a good chance of catching Jurgen Klopp’s side if they continue to perform over the hectic Christmas period.
He also believes Lampard can lead Chelsea to Champions League glory this season, provided they get the right draws.
Wright-Phillips said: “With the way Chelsea have started the season, the sky is the limit.
“I do believe that if they can have a strong festive period, there is no reason that they can’t catch up with Liverpool – it is still a long season ahead.
“Chelsea have the quality to win the Champions League this season.
“If they get the luck of the draw, they could be in with an outside chance of progressing far in the competition.”
Wright-Phillips, who won one Premier League title and an FA Cup during a three-season stint at Stamford Bridge, believes Abraham and Mount in particular will be key to any success at Chelsea this term.
But he also feels Callum Hudson-Odoi has a huge role to play after the winger recently recovered from a long-term cruciate ligament injury.
And Wright-Phillips has warned people not to forget about crocked Ruben Loftus-Cheek either.
He added: “The two that have impressed me the most have been Abraham and Mount.
“If Tammy continues in the form he is in, there’s no reason he can’t challenge Harry Kane for a starting spot for England at Euro 2020.
“It’s too early to call Mount one of the best midfielders in the league but he is certainly playing like one of the best. He’s been outstanding and a delight to watch.
“”With Hudson-Odoi back, it will be incredibly beneficial for the rest of Chelsea’s season. Everyone knows his potential and what he can do.
“Don’t forget, Chelsea still have Loftus-Cheek to come back, and he is an absolutely brilliant asset to have in the pipeline.
“He showed his quality with England at the World Cup and he will be expecting to settle back into that team.”
