MANCHESTER UNITED and Arsenal will reportedly have to battle it out with AC Milan if either are to sign Merih Demiral from Juventus.
The Serie A giants were also interested in the defender in the summer, but were put off by Juve’s £34million valuation.

The 21-year-old only joined Maurizio Sarri’s side in the summer, signing from Sassuolo for £15.3million.
But the former Chelsea boss has only selected him for one match since his arrival.
That one-and-only appearance came against Verona in September, fuelling speculation that he could make a quick exit.
Premier League duo Manchester United and Arsenal have both been keen to sign Demiral.
The pair have suffered defensive woes all season, with particularly Arsenal having some calamitous moments at the back.
Gazzetta dello Sport, via Calcio Mercato, believe that neither Milan or Juventus are interested in a loan transfer.
So if Demiral does depart, it will be a permanent deal.
It could be a busy January window for both Arsenal and Manchester United.
As well as Demiral, the Prem duo have been linked with a host of multi-million pound stars.
The Red Devils are reportedly keen on moves for Erling Braut Haaland and Arturo Vidal.
Meanwhile the Gunners fancy James Rodriguez and Ezequiel Barco – with Old Trafford chiefs also keeping an eye on the latter.
Managerless Arsenal currently sit one point above Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Red Devils in the Premier League table after 14 matches.
