There has been talk of a sensational rematch against the legendary Pacquiao after their last fight in 2015.
The American made it win 48 on the night and he was provided with the perfect opportunity to remind the Filipino of his victory.
At an event in Vegas, a fan asked him to sign a ticket from their fight just over four years ago.
Despite mobiles being banned, Mayweather broke the rules by demanding the fan filmed what was about to happen next.
In a video posted by TMZ, the 42-year-old then said: “So, what I’m about to do right now is sign ‘Victim 48.
“So, what I’m gonna go for you … I gotta cross him out!”
Mayweather then drew a black cross across his face before writing 48 above his head.
The Money Man is targeting two fights next year in his comeback.
It is claimed the American wants to compete in May and then September, a routine he stuck to from 2009-2015.
Mayweather is even said to be eyeing a fight at the new Raiders stadium in Las Vegas.
Since he outpointed Pacquiao, the pair have been going back and forth fuelling talks of a rematch.
