All three are players Paratici had previously signed for Juve.
Spurs want to give the workaholic some more support, having seen the influential Steve Hitchen leave in February, by seeking someone to work under the Italian.
The addition of Paratici sparked the eventual departure of Hitchen, who had been the club’s director of football in all but name.

He said: “I got the information that Bayern had knocked on the consultant’s door, if they lose Lewandowski, he’s a really hot player.
