Who is Mike Tyson’s wife Lakiha Spicer, and does boxing legend have kids with her?

MIKE TYSON is set to make a dramatic return to the boxing ring in a clash of the titans with Roy Jones Jr.
‘Iron’ Mike hasn’t been in the squared circle since his knockout loss to Kevin McBride back in 2005, while Jones only stopped boxing two years ago.

Their upcoming clash has been met with criticism from some corners of the boxing world, but for the fight to go ahead, Tyson would’ve asked for approval from his tight-knit family.
His wife Lakiha Spicer has been side by Tyson’s side for most of his post-fighting career, but for the first time in her life, she’ll experience her husband in action next week.
Who is Lakiha Spicer and how old is she?
Lakiha, or Kiki, as she’s known, met Tyson met Tyson when she was just 18 years old after promoter Don King introduced the pair to each other after one of his fights.
They didn’t marry, however, until 2009, not long after they started dating.

The pair tied the knot at a private ceremony at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel.
Kiki was born in 1977 and in 2008 was sentenced to six months in prison after defrauding £60,000 from a company owned by her father.

Spicer went into prison pregnant with Tyson’s baby before coming out and finding the former world heavyweight champ addicted to drugs.
She managed to wean Tyson off his addictions, however – something he credits her with.

“I’m very happy me and my wife got together, because I don’t know how I would have survived out there”, he told US magazine People.
And despite various rumblings about strains in their marriage, Tyson and Kiki have remained together ever since.
    Do they have kids together?
Tyson and Kiki have two children, a daughter named Milan, 12, and a son called Morocco, 9.
The 54-year-old also has other children with different women.

Tyson has 30-year-old Mikey Lorna, 24-year-old Rayna, 22-year-old Amir, 18-year-old Miguel.
The former WBC world champ was also married to Robin Givens and Monica Turner.

    What Tyson says about Kiki
Tyson claimed earlier this year that without a wife, he was a ‘savage animal’, noting that he even feats his current spouse Lahika.
“Without my wife, I’m a savage animal… I look at women differently as I get older,” he told ExpediTIously.
“When I was younger, I viewed them as pleasure. Now that I’m older, I look at them as the half.

Roy Jones Jr, 51, admits his career ‘was done’ until ‘bucket-list’ Mike Tyson fight forced him to end retirement

ROY JONES JR was sure his career ‘was done’ until a ‘bucket-list’ Mike Tyson fight forced him out of retirement.
The American faces fellow legend Tyson next weekend in an eight-round exhibition.

Roy Jones Jr faces fellow legend Mike Tyson next weekend in an eight-round exhibition

Tyson and Jones are both coming out of retirement

After Jones became heavyweight world champion in 2003, he desperately wanted to face Iron Mike.
So when the opportunity finally came knocking 17 years later, it proved too good to turn down.
Jones said: “I thought I was done.
“When I got the call from my team saying ‘Mike Tyson wants to fight you’ — that’s bucket-list material.

“Everywhere I go in life, people ask me ‘Hey, did you ever fight Mike Tyson?’ Now I don’t have to say ‘No’ no more.
“I’m so glad to get this opportunity because now I can say, ‘Yes, I did. I sure did.’
“And guess what? Tune in on the 28th, and you’ll see how it goes.”
Jones, 51, only retired in 2018 after four straight wins, against little-known opposition.

Tyson, 54, on the other hand has not fought since 2005, as he retired following two dismal defeats.
But this year he announced shock plans to make a comeback, 15 years after his last bout, and has dramatically transformed his body.
Despite the expected ring rust, Jones is preparing for the best possible Tyson – including the version that won the title aged 20.
He said: “Going into the ring with one of the most dangerous men to ever grace the boxing ring.
“One of the hardest punchers in heavyweight history, the youngest heavyweight champion of all time.
“Are you going to not prepare? Are you crazy? You should prepare just as hard as the last time you went in the ring.”

Who is Roy Jones Jr’s wife Natlyn Jones? Does the boxing superstar have kids with her?

ROY JONES JR hasn’t fought for over two years but he returns to the ring on November 28 vs Mike Tyson.
The former world heavyweight champion had been called upon by Tyson’s team in the summer to take part in an exhibition bout.

And despite hanging the gloves up not too long ago, Jones Jr wants in on that ring feeling once again.
And wife Natlyn and his three kids will be there every step of the way to watch along.
Who is Natlyn Jones and how old is she?
Natlyn was born on June 3, 1975 in Pensacola, Florida, where Jones Jr grew up too.
Natlyn attended Florida State University and had aspirations of becoming a lawyer before falling head over heels for Jones Jr.

The pair met in the early 2000s, before they began dating and got married. The exact timeline of events isn’t known.
It’s thought the pair had a private ceremony, likely in Florida, where they tied the knot.
Natlyn gave up her dream of becoming a lawyer, however, to be by Jones Jr’s side throughout his career and to raise their kids.

How many kids do they have together?
Natlyn and Jones Jr have three sons together, Roy III, DeShaun and DeAndre.

She gave up her potential career as lawyer in order to help raise her three children with Jones Jr.
In 2019, Natlyn launched her own boxing gym, She Warrior, in 2019, with the aim to empower women’s sport.
Jones Jr’s wife also tried to get into boxing promoting at one point, but never pursued it seriously.

What Natlyn has said about Jones Jr
“Their daddy’s got a big heart,” Natlyn told Bleacher Report about their kids five years ago.
“On the way up? After he won the heavyweight title? I’d guess 95 percent of people reaching out wanted something from him.
“Now things have slowed down a little, but I’d still say 70 percent.
“Everyone thinks how much easier life must get when your boat comes in, but there’s a lot of other stuff you have to be ready for too. Not all of it’s that easy to deal with.
“But I guess going into marrying a professional athlete, you have to know what you’re marrying into. Not that I did.
“I just couldn’t believe how nice he was, and, you know, you fall in love.” More

Mike Tyson admits he’d bite a chunk Evander Holyfield’s ear off AGAIN as he prepares for Roy Jones Jr bout

MIKE TYSON admitted he would bite a chunk Evander Holyfield’s ear off AGAIN if he was aggravated by his great rival.
Tyson’s 1997 rematch against Holyfield will forever been known as the ‘Bite Fight’ after Iron Mike sunk his teeth into his opponent in round three.

He later explained that the gruesome act was out of anger, insisting he was on the receiving end of constant headbutting.
And, with talk of a trilogy bout on the horizon, Tyson warned Holyfield that he would struggle to hold back again if he was faced with dirty tactics.
He told Fox News: “I say, ‘No, never ever again’ but I might do it again.
“Well if he does what he was doing to get bitten, I would bite him again, yeah.”

Tyson was stopped in round 11 of his first fight with Holyfield in 1996, a year before his now infamous disqualification.
But the heavyweight legends have since made amends and could even box for a third time with both preparing to come out of retirement.
Tyson, 54, faces Roy Jones Jr, 51, next weekend in his landmark comeback.
And Holyfield, 58, is also in training as he searches for the right occasion to mark his return.

Holyfield is also coming out of retirement

Tyson has had to live with the infamous bite ever since the fatal fight – and has learned to deal with the ‘responsibility of it’.
He said: “I bit him because I wanted to kill him.
“I was really mad about my head being bumped and everything. I really lost consciousness of the whole fight.
“It took me out of my fight plan and everything. Listen, good or bad, I’m not going to let anyone take my glory.
“So, I’m going to confront everything that I have to confront… Hey listen, I done it. I got to handle the responsibility of it.
“That was my glory. And I took responsibility for it.”

Mike Tyson reveals he wanted to KILL Evander Holyfield but settled on biting his ear off instead

MIKE TYSON has revealed he wanted to KILL Evander Holyfield but settled for biting a chunk out of his ear.
Iron Mike was famously disqualified for biting a piece of Holyfield’s ear clean off in their 1997 rematch and later was slapped with a 15-month ban.

The Baddest Man on the Planet had lost their first encounter in 1996 after suffering an 11th-round stoppage.
But he explained his fury with his opponent came from Holyfield’s tactical use of the head in both fights.
Tyson, 54, told Fox News: “I bit him because I wanted to kill him.
“I was really mad about my head being bumped and everything. I really lost consciousness of the whole fight. It took me out of my fight plan and everything.

“Listen, good or bad, I’m not going to let anyone take my glory.
“So, I’m going to confront everything that I have to confront… Hey listen, I done it. I got to handle the responsibility of it.
“That was my glory. And I took responsibility for it.”
Veteran Tyson is still in incredible shape ahead of his first fight in 15 years against Roy Jones Jr next weekend.

And when asked whether he would act the same way if he was in the same position, he said: “I hope not..
“I say, ‘No, never ever again’ but I might do it again. Well if he does what he was doing to get bitten, I would bite him again, yeah.”
Tyson and Jones Jr – with a combined age of 105 – will contest an eight-round exhibition at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Dillian Whyte slams Deontay Wilder for ‘talking s**t’ after dethroned champ adds him to five-man shortlist for comeback

DILLIAN WHYTE has slated Deontay Wilder over his shock U-turn on their overdue fight.
Former WBC champ Wilder dodged the Brixton heavyweight for a couple of years before he was ultimately dethroned by Tyson Fury’s punch-perfect rematch performance.

The trilogy between the Gypsy King and the 35-year-old American appears to have collapsed and is now being mediated by a US former judge.
Wilder insists he will fight a new opponent at the start of 2021 and he has a shock five-man hitlist that is suddenly topped by the Body Snatcher.
But Whyte, who spent 1000 days as the No1 contender for the WBC title before his KO loss to Alexander Povetkin in August, is not flattered by Wilder’s sudden interest in a date.
The 32-year-old told Sky: “Tyson Fury is not fighting him, so who else can he make any money from? Deontay Wilder is not a big draw at all.

“Even when he was heavyweight champion, he could not sell out venues and I think he’s only ever had a couple of fights on pay-per-view.
“All he does is run around and talk s***”.
Whyte tops a list that includes former champions Joseph Parker and Andy Ruiz Jr, cruiserweight king Oleksandr Usyk and gatekeeper Robert Helenius.
But Whyte has no interest in being Wilder’s fallback plan after the Fury fight fizzled out.

“He’s a coward,” Whyte roared. “Now he’s got nothing at all to lose, basically.
“When I was the challenger, I went through hell trying to get him to man up to fight me, and he wouldn’t fight me, so I’m going to chase the world title.
“It’s a good fight, a fight that I’m interested in, but he needs to dance to my tune.
“I want to beat the guy up, to be honest with you. Personally, I don’t like him. I think he’s a bad ambassador for the sport.
“I’m sure the British people and the American fans would love to see me knock him out. It’s going to be war. I’m just there to knock him out.”

Mike Tyson claims boxers get DRUNK to give them ‘the nerve’ to fight and reveals he feared he’d test positive for HIV

BOXING legend Mike Tyson has claimed that a number of fighters used to get drunk before entering the ring to give them ‘the nerve’.
The 54-year-old – who is preparing to fight Roy Jones Jr in an exhibition bout later this month – made the revelation on his Hotboxin’ Podcast.

Commenting on fighters not allowed to enter the ring if they are drunk, Tyson said: “Listen, there have been fighters that did it.
“They can’t fight without drinking, they’ve got to be drunk to fight.
“They ain’t got the nerve, they’ve got to be drunk. World champions.
“They can’t do this s*** without no motherf****** alcohol, on my right hand to god.”

Tyson then went on to discuss his fear of testing positive for HIV during his career after former WBO heavyweight champion Tommy Morrison contracted the virus.
The boxer – who starred alongside Sylvester Stallone in Rocky V – was forced to retire as a result in 1996.
Morrison – who knocked out 42 of his 52 opponents – eventually passed away at the age of 44 in 2013 due to HIV.
Speaking of his worry, Tyson said: “I used to always be afraid to take the AIDS test.”

He continued: “I’m at a fight, and Tommy ‘The Duke’ Morrison was about to fight, he’s the main event.
“And then a doctor who is a friend of mine comes in and says ‘nah he’s not fighting tonight, I don’t think he’s ever going to fight again’.
“And I’m saying like ‘wow he must be really hurt or something right?’
“But he said ‘no Mike, you’ll find out’, he didn’t really want to tell me there, he said ‘no you’re going to find out.’
“But he already knew and found the guy had HIV, and they cancelled his fight, the main event.
“And I’m like ‘f*** if he got it, I know he don’t get more p**** than me and don’t do shit that I do’, I’m like ‘f*** I’m dead, f***.'”

Tyson is set to enter the ring for the first time in 14 years when he faces his American compatriot at the Staples Center on November 28.
And the former unified champion has shown off his incredible body transformation for the eagerly-anticipated dust-up.
Rappers Lil Wayne, French Montana and Wiz Khalifa are just three musical artists that will be providing entertainment for the event.
