DELE ALLI was right to have his ‘loser’ tattoo corrected to ‘lover’ – after helping Tottenham win against West Ham.
The England midfielder’s inking just above his left elbow was on display during warm-ups for the home game against David Moyes’ side.

On his arm, the word “LOSER” is written in blue, with a red “V” inked over the “S” to re-spell the word “LOVER”.
Alli, who got the inking a few years ago, played just under 60 minutes in his first game back in the team after a one-match ban, before a Tomas Soucek own-goal and late Harry Kane strike sealed the victory.
The Spurs ace, 24, has a number of other tatts on his body including Flinstones character Bamm-Bamm Rubble on the same left arm.
Alli was suspended for last week’s 1-1 draw with Manchester United after being slapped with a one-match ban for a social media post shared during lockdown.
Boss Jose Mourinho openly slammed the decision, calling it “unfair”.
The Special One roared: “I don’t think he deserves a one-match ban.
“Lots of people made mistakes during this lockdown period. I am one of the examples.
“In my case I believe it was a very, very, very small mistake that was not reported in the right way.
“But lots of people in football, and even outside football, made lots of mistakes. I don’t like these kinds of contradictions.
“I feel that it’s for everybody or it’s for nobody. It’s quite unfair for a kid who made a mistake and apologised for it.”
But Alli was able to return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Tuesday evening to take on London rivals West Ham – and was given the nod to start by Mourinho.

Having earned a point against fellow top-four hunters Man Utd, Spurs are now in the running for a Champions League spot.
Tottenham currently sit seventh in the Premier League and just one point behind fifth-placed United.
With Manchester City potentially banned from Europe for two seasons, Spurs may only need to finish fifth to play in next season’s Champions League.
